Full removal of old floor finish and application of fresh sealer and wax on VCT and other resilient floors.
Overview
Floor finish wears, yellows and traps dirt. Scrubbing and burnishing extend its life, but eventually the old layers need to come off so the floor can be sealed and refinished properly.
We strip down to the tile, neutralise, then lay down sealer and multiple thin coats of finish with full cure time before traffic returns.
