Overview
Hard floors are the first thing a visitor reads about a building and the first thing to look tired. Our floor teams maintain gloss and protect the substrate on a measured cycle, so you replace flooring on your schedule rather than early.
Work is planned around occupancy: nightly scrubbing where traffic warrants it, periodic burnishing, and full strip-and-refinish at the interval your finish actually needs.
