Disinfecting

Fig. 01 — touchpoint disinfection

Disinfection of touchpoints, restrooms and shared equipment using EPA-listed products applied at the dwell time the label requires.

Overview

Wiping a surface is not the same as disinfecting it. Disinfectants only work when applied to a clean surface and left for the contact time on the label, and that is how our crews are trained to work.

Disinfecting can run as part of nightly cleaning, as a scheduled periodic, or as a response visit after an illness in the building.
